ABOUT ME

EP-1564.jpg

Abraham Aruna is a composer, arranger, and pianist from Jakarta, Indonesia, now based in Los Angeles, California. His musical journey has taken him from early performances at Erasmus Huis in Jakarta,  to stages like the House of Blues in Boston, shaping a voice that blends global influences with a distinctive emotional depth.

Graduated with a degree in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music (Class of 2026), Abraham makes music that lives between worlds — classical and contemporary, intimate and expansive, traditional and cinematic. His work spans concert halls and the screen, including scoring a TV series for Vision+ Indonesia and collaborating with directors on multiple independent short films.

Driven by a passion for storytelling, Abraham approaches every project with a focus on atmosphere and emotion. He feels that music is a way of portraying emotions through storytelling.

Now based in Los Angeles, he continues to refine his artistic voice, composing scores that aim not just to accompany images, but to illuminate the unseen —carrying the story beyond the frame and into the listener’s heart.
